Exile 6 – Performer Information

With the increasing popularity of Exile as Colorado’s premier fetish and kink showcase, we are asking anyone wishing to perform or demonstrate at Exile to complete the application below. This application process helps us better organize the performances, meet the needs of our performers and provide an exceptional experience for our audience. We welcome all types of performances that demonstrate the diversity of the fetish, kink, leather and sex-positive communities. Multiple performances and groups are welcome!

PERFORMER EXPECTATIONS

  • 1. Per venue requirements, all performers must be 21 or over.

  • 2. All clothing, demonstrations and performances must conform to bar rules including no exposed female nipples or genitalia of either sex, no penetration or simulated sex.

  • 3. Preference will be given to applications that are completed and returned/submitted by Tuesday, August 1st, 2017.

  • 4. An application does not guarantee a spot in the event line-up. You will be notified no later than Friday, August 11th, 2017, confirming your performance/demonstration. You may be put on a wait list.

  • 5. Once confirmed, performers (volunteers and staff too) are asked to purchase a $10 ticket per person to promote equality amongst all participants and allow a larger donation from the Colorado community to our non-profit beneficiaries.

  • 6. In addition to our normal staff, a dungeon monitor (DM) team will be utilized during the event to assist and ensure safety needs, including enforcement of safe distances.

  • 7. All plans are subject to the prior consent of the Head DM. However, this is not an endorsement of safety. Each performer remains solely and personally liable for their own actions.

  • 8. It is the performer’s responsibility to obtain the affirmative consent of any partners or participants prior to the start of any activity.

  • 9. There is no compensation or payment for performances or demonstrations during Exile 5.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Full legal names and emergency contact names/numbers are necessary so we can protect the performers, the production and the venue in the event of an emergency. All information will be kept strictly confidential.

  • 2. Please categorize your performance/demonstration in one of the following categories:

    • Stage Performance/Demonstration

    • “Closed” Demonstration [using pre-arranged partners & for a specific time period]

    • “Open” Demonstration [giving opportunities to audience members to experience the scene]

  • 3. Lokusdor Productions can only provide a limited amount of equipment, supplies, etc. Please plan to provide your own equipment/supplies to the greatest extent possible.

  • 4. Regarding multiple performances/group demonstrations: Please complete and submit a separate application for each performance and mark that you are submitting multiple applications. If applying for a group that includes multiple people or stations, please complete and submit a separate application for each performance/demonstration.

VENDORS

Exile 6 – Vendor Information

With the increasing popularity of Exile as Colorado’s premier fetish and kink showcase, we are asking anyone wishing to vend at Exile to complete the application below. This application process helps us better select and organize the vendors to provide a wide-variety of items for attendees.

VENDOR EXPECTATIONS

  • 1. Per venue requirements, all vendors must be 21 or over.

  • 2. Each vendor will be furnished a 6 foot table. You must provide a covering for the table that extends to the ground. Additional space may be granted on a case-by-case basis by the Exile staff as space allows.

  • 3. Preference will be given to applications that are completed and returned/submitted by Tuesday, August 1st, 2017.

  • 4. An application does not guarantee a spot in the event. You will be notified no later than Friday, August 11th, 2017, confirming your application. You may be put on a wait list. Decisions by the Exile staff are final.

  • 5. Once confirmed, vendors will be required to pay $60 vendor fee, which includes 2 persons per booth. Additional persons in your booth will requires a $10 fee each.

  • 6. We will provide advertising of your business name, website, logo, and your onsite presence through the venue projection system.

  • 7. We will host a “will call” for attendee purchases so that they won’t have to carry items around during the event. Purchased items will be bagged with customer identification information and held at the door for them to pick up when they leave the event. We hope this better supports your customer purchases.

  • 8. Vendor setup hours will be announced prior to the event, but generally will be between 5-8pm. If a vendor is not setup by the the designated time (8p), they may not setup for the event and will forfeit vendor fees paid.

  • 9. If you need electricity, you will need to provide your own cords/power strips. Cords must be secured and cross-checked by Exile staff to ensure the safety of all participants.

  • 10. Lokusdor Productions can only provide a limited amount of equipment, supplies, etc. Please plan to provide your own equipment/supplies to the greatest extent possible.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Please provide a list of the products you plan to vend at the event. Be as complete and descriptive as possible. We are trying to avoid having several vendors all offering chain mail masks. We are striving for a big variety of items at the event for attendees to purchase.

  • 2. Please provide your business information, including a logo for our on-site projection. Uploads are limited to 10MB per submission.

ARTISTS

Exile 6 – Artists Information

Are you an artist, designer, or photographer with a focus on erotica, fetish or kink? Exile 5 will have opportunities to showcase your work throughout the event using the venue’s projection system.

ARTIST EXPECTATIONS

  • 1. We will project a lead-in and exit slide with your artist bio and contact information. In between can be up to 5 slides showcasing your work. These may be images of items available for purchase, runway-show pictorials, examples from a photography session, etc.

  • 2. If works are of a sexual nature, the submitted images must conform to bar rules including no exposed female nipples or genitalia of either sex, and no penetration. It may be necessary to redact some images.

  • 3. Preference will be given to applications that are completed and returned/submitted by Tuesday, August 1st, 2017.

  • 4. An application does not guarantee inclusion in the projection. You will be notified no later than Friday, August 6th, 2016, confirming acceptance of your application and images.

  • 5. If submitted images are acceptable, we’ll include them in the projection as is. You may be asked to submit alternate resolution images if necessary for quality projection.

  • 6. Once confirmed, you will be asked to purchase a $60 vendor ticket to promote equality amongst all participants and allow a larger donation from the Colorado community to our non-profit beneficiaries.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS AND FILE SUBMISSION

  • 1. You can upload up to 10MB (total) per submission. You may submit multiple files. If additional or larger-sized pictures need to be submitted, contact the webmaster directly using the ‘Contact Us’ link above.

  • 2. Please name the file(s) with your last name, first name initial, and number. Example: smithj1.jpg

  • 3. Acceptable file formats include: jpg, gif, pdf, and zip

  • 4. Ideally, images will be 300 dpi and not more than 1200px on the longest edge. Landscape-oriented images will work better for the venue projection system.

  • 5. Images should be watermarked if possible. If not, your artist name will be placed on each slide.

Exile 6 – Event Photographer and Media Outlet Information

Who Needs Credentials?

– Anyone who intends to publish, in any manor, any photographs taken at the event must have credentials, irrespective of the camera equipment utilized.

– Anyone attending the event with camera equipment larger than a personal cell phone or palm-sized point-and-click-type camera will be considered a photographer or media outlet member and MUST have credentials to enter the event to take photographs for coverage of the event.

Credential Requirements for Photographers/Media Outlets

Credentials for photographers and media outlets are issued at the sole and exclusive discretion of Lokusdor Productions, Inc. Approval of credential applications may be based on the following priorities and guidelines:

  • 1. Invited Official Event Photographers belonging to the event target community.

  • 2. Internet-Only Media (journalists and photographers).

  • 3. Print Media (journalists and photographers).

  • 4. Private Photographers.

Media credentials must be requested at least two weeks prior to the event.

  • – All persons picking up credentials will be required to provide positive identification.

  • – Credentials are non-transferable and are subject to immediate revocation if transferred to anyone other than the person(s) submitted through this application.

Photographers and media outlets must agree to the Lokusdor Productions Photography Policy below.

Photography Policy

While Lokusdor Productions, Inc. events are open to the public who have purchased admission, the nature of our events typically brings some persons who wish that their identity/likeness not be photographed AND published on public media/internet outlets. We have posted our Photography Notice upon entry and afforded those persons the opportunity to leave or affix a notification [brightly colored sticker with the words “NO PHOTOS”] on their person to identify that they wish that no photographs be taken of them (‘No Photos’).

By requesting credentials, you and/or your organization/media outlet agree to the following:

  • 1. You will wear your credentials at all times during the event.

  • 2. You will identify yourself as a member of your media outlet/organization or that you are taking personal photographs.

  • 3. You will ask permission to photograph the subjects.

  • 4. You will not purposely take photographs of those persons self-identifying as ‘No Photos’.

  • 5. You agree to blur faces for those persons identified as ‘No Photos’ but get captured incidentally/accidentally or in group/crowd shots.

  • 6. Should names/photos be published of a ‘No Photos’ subject or they wish the photography or name be unpublished or obscured, you will comply immediately upon receiving a written request from Lokusdor Productions, Inc. to do so.
